Adding an option for GDC 2.5 and 5 in Np2kai Menu Options #143

It would be great if we can get an option to set GDC in np2kai menu options. It would allow us to save game options per game (GDC 2.5 or 5.0) once and won't require manual adjustments everytime GDC needs to be changed.

Great work with the core so far dev! You have really brought NEC 9800 back to life for so many people :)
