Request to add text hook function

Added text hook function to NP21/W rev84. So you can hook the text with a hooker like Textractor and translate it in real time. "bios18.c" "cgrom.c" "font.c" "memtram.c" there are relevant codes in these files. I'd really appreciate it if you could add this function to NP2KAI so that I can do text hooking on Retroarch for Windows.

Please, PLEAAAASE add text hook function so we can hook games on Linux. お願いします! 🙏 On Linux, we don't have text hookers like ITH or Textractor, so a way to output the string to the clipboard directly would be AWESOME.
