How to make serial interface work with Windows 3.1's terminal? #41

How to use serial port option under X11-based NP2? Also, is it appropriate to add nullmodem emulation option for the serial ports like DOSBox does?

There is 'Serial options' in X11 NP2's menu. But I click it, work nothing. I think that the predecessor tried to implement it.

I try implementing with reference to NP21/W.

Thanks! Also it seems that the serial interface didn't get initialized when using Windows 3.1's terminal program.
