Request for permission - Np2Kai Free DLC for RetroArch on Steam #79

Hi there,

we would like to seek your permission to include NP2Kai as a core as free DLC for RetroArch on Steam (GPL).

The user would have to manually install this, it would be freely made available.

If there's anything you are unsure of or are hesitant about, don't hesitate to bring it to our attention. We will always go with whatever you decide.

Hello. Thank you for your notification.

NP2kai complies with the GPL, and core can be provided to the Steam port.

One concern is that many of the software resources on PC98 have adult depictions, and most users will probably want it. So, I think it is preferable to be at least 18 years old rating for the DLC. (Although the architecture is completely for all ages.)

I will try to see if we can set an age rating for this DLC then in accordance with your wishes.

Dont most people just use the core to play Touhou 1-5? I wouldn't mark it as 18+, its no more 18+ than a simple web browser.

I may think too much about content. We may want to distribute it first, and set a rating if we have a complaint. (AVID parents would say that would be a problem.)
