Very interesting. I am getting a completely differenz view of the same link:

I am using Google Chrome 88.0.4324.104 (32-Bit) with Windows 10. (Firefox 78.7.0esr, Edge, Internet Explorer cannot display the Learning Hub content properly.)

Could you please extract the link behind "Download PDF"? Will it download the whole book or just one page?

To access it, you have to go on the learning hub, search for the course "BIT603", then select the only result (the handbook), then go to course and finally :

Hi @AZn5ReD , first thank for the tool ! i have the same issue with flipbooks (an timeout exception is raised by using the tool ) and no dowload button.

i ahve tried with HY400 grafik

do you know a workaround to get a pdf generated or is it posible to adapt the tool ?

Hi,

I've never seen this kind of handbook before. Seems like they are translated so there are 2 layers : the first layer is the image (which has all the charts and images), the second one is the svg which contains the text (which depends on the translation).

So no, the tool won't be working. It could probably be adapted to work with those kinds of handbook, but I'm not sure.

Hi AZn5ReD, thank you for the English PDF link of BIT603! I wasn't aware that the English version differs substantially from the German one.

Here just some additional findings:

The German translation flipbook can not be downloaded from the guessed link: https://saplearninghub.plateau.com/icontent_e/CUSTOM_eu/sap/self-managed/Handbook/BIT603_DE_Col62/files/assets/common/downloads/publication.pdf
The German translation has no download button, also some parts of the German flipbook look kind of messed; download is only offered in the original (?) English version
The original English version asks me for Flash player (seriously, SAP?!) -> I hope, flipbooks are not the "new" standard for participants handbooks.

Obviously, there are several kinds of handbooks. As there is no Flash Player on my PC, anymore, it shows me the 2 alternatives: Mobile version SEO version
