More thorough way to look at estimating our success rate #10

we should look at running the model for many different years of testing automatically and then getting a range of p for all of those years

yeah this should come in the next iteration of analytics - the first iteration was all proof of concept. Now we'll have time to properly create a analytics suite that has tools for automatically blending, validating, risk minimizing etc.

@jcoreyes will handle computing error on a weekly basis. I suspect our betting strategy will change once we know our expected errors for each week.
