Get the advanced stats from footballoutsiders.com (DVOA, etc.) and turn them into features

where do we stand on this - when can we expect to have all this data locally saved?

All of the local data is done for weekly values in DVOA.csv. Everything else seems to be cumulative for the year.

ok @edwardgarza pls let us know what the DVOA guys say in response to the question i posed in the chat: are those cumulative values updated on a weekly basis during the season or are they only posted after the season is over (making them useless for us).

DVOA data ingested and in use.
