Non-football factors #2

Economic factors can affect a variety of things, like ticket prices, alcohol consumed at the games, general moods/happiness, and how much the owners are willing to play their players.

This won't affect our model, but there may be certain teams that people bet for more in general

yeah we should look at the estimated market sizes of each team. assumption we might be able to make is that regional areas with more money can bet more. We can also do interesting things with the expected financial responsibility of americans throughout the calendar year. If people are betting tons in december, we can use that information.

We still need to figure out how to incorporate time and temperature

After we add DVOA and team bitmap we should start adding these non-football features.

Need to explore this option more now. lets start with if the away team had to change time zones. That should be easy. @MattWConroy
