Add files for contributions by others.

Now the project is becoming more popular, it might be handy to include some files to keep de contributors at the same page.

Therefor I've added...

an .editorconfig file to maintain coding-style.
a code of conduct file.
a contributing file which contains information and rules about contributing.
a workflow to build the distribution files when a commit is pushed to the main branch.

Notes:

For the workflow, you've to create a classic Personal Access Token. This token ONLY needs scope public_repo.
For the workflow, you've to create a secret with the name WORKFLOW_GIT_ACCESS_TOKEN and give it the value of the token, created above.
Please read topic Prevent changes to the distribution directory of CONTRIBUTING.md Since the added workflow builds the distribution for us, we do NOT want to commit anything to directory dist or its contents.

Just ignore the many commits. I had to do a lot of trial and error.

We're gonna squash them anyway before merging them into the main branch.
