Data formats 2022

Major rewrite:

• Reorganize exercises throughout the text.
• Make exercises a bit easier and less reliant on external libraries.
• Organize tidy data and array data formats into their own chapters.
• Change format advantage / disadvantage descriptions to easier to grasp colors (green, yellow, red).
• Add information on other formats (graph formats, sparse matrices).
• Format benchmarks into csv tables.
