As a coach I want to add other colleagues to an event when recording attendance in order to document that we taught that workshop together.
Objective
Some events are not conducted by a single team member but by several together. The record of such events in Aam should reflect that as organizations may use this to track engagement of their team or users want to quickly find events they were involved in.
Proposed Solutions & Alternatives
At the end of the roll call (record attendance workflow showing each participant one after the other to select an attendance status), show an additional screen to edit the "authors" form field. The user should be able to select additional user entities there to be added to the event.
If the event was created from a "Recurring Activity", by default all the authors should be linked already. The screen should give a simple way to remove authors, however.
Designing the UI, we could consider adding a textarea for users to fill notes (the body of our "Notes" entity) on the same screen.
