Import: need loading bar for preview #2429

The import data preview screen may take a long time to load/parse data (especially if there are address or entity reference lookups). We currently are missing a loading indicator on the screen.

Also, after going back to the column mapping step and then forward to preview again, data is somehow updated in the background and its not always clear if this is the new or previous preview data.
