Monitoring sometimes not fire when database is not reachable #2459

Describe the bug The database was not reachable, restart of the app container fixed the issue.

To Reproduce unclear

Expected behavior Monitoring should fire alarm, when database is not reachable

Additional context Needs more analyse

postponed, until kube cluster is ready. We could also use _up endpoint instead of _utils, within the uptimerobot
