Notes should display line breaks in table #2547

Notes in the embedded tables (NotesRelatedToEntity) display the note text without any line breaks, making it hard to read. In the popup this is better in the multi-line text field.

Change the display of these to display breaks and cut off after a certain number of lines (so that the table doesn't get too big)
