Create a detailed Tutorial as first steps for new contributors #425

We want to make it easy for new developers to get started with our project and understand how they can work with the code. For that, a step-by-step tutorial that spells out the first steps in detail is very useful.

A first draft of the possible structure for a tutorial already exists in https://github.com/Aam-Digital/ndb-core/tree/master/doc/compodoc_sources/tutorial (see PR #426)

extended the basics in PR #1017 but as very few people are using this and our code base is changing faster than our team, I am closing this issue here. Let's add to the tutorial whenever we actually have a new developer being on-boarded with some specific tasks or explanations rather than keeping this in our backlog.
