foetron.com mobile redirection is not working #181

[x] get in touch with prakash from foetron.com
[ ] get latest mobile redirection code from prakash for drupal 7
[x] disable the drupal.org mobile js redirect module
[ ] uninstall and remove the drupal.org mobile js redirect module
[ ] use the foetron.com module provided
[ ] make sure all changes are exported to the code

Enabled the new module on prod. Tested on Nexus 5. Working.

Most pages of the prod site have a JS error after using this. Needs fixing.
