Java Script Error - Admin Menu Not Visible #186

Problem: -

  1. The black drupal admin console is not coming up.
  2. I tried clearing the Drupal + varnish cache twice, but the home page sliding menu is not working.

Reason: - We have to clear the cache twice or even more until admin menu does not shows up. This started after installing 'mredirect' yesterday.
