State sites are serving form varnish.
To verify it, Open site in chrome, right click and select inspect element. A tab will be opened, select Network tab, click on url in tab shown

a new tab will be opened, click on Headers, all request and response headers will be shown. If site is coming from varnish cache, then following values must be in response header.. selection_033
