Remove hypen from the state subdomains #196

Remove hypen from the state subdomains .. For example http://uttar-pradesh.aamaadmiparty.org/ should become http://uttarpradesh.aamaadmiparty.org/

Removed all hyphen from state sub domains..

@tkuldeep for this corresponding change needs to be done in the apache virtual host config files on both the servers as well.. is that done too?

@sumeetpareek Hyphen have been removed form apache config and domain module...
