Lok sabha elections phase wise countdown timer on the site

[x] the countdown widget is not center aligned on the homepage (see 1) .. fix it.
[x] font-family should be font-family: 'Droid Sans', Arial, sans-serif; using $font-family-sans-serif .. this was marked as fixed in the below list .. but is still not fixed
[x] just below the top text, there should be these two links = Compare Candidates and Know Candidate Details
[x] in the smaller text (see 3) = remove the full-stops .. use CSS text-transform lowercase .. change 2nd line to step out, and vote
[x] increase top and bottom margin for the entire white box around the timer
[x] deploy and release for ANON users

[x] the countdown should be visible on the home page as well, full width, below the main menu
[x] fonts should not be Times New .. but Droid something.. you can get this from $font-family-sans-serif
[x] lets say election time = 7am to 7pm .. before election day show countdown from NOW to 7am election start .. on election day, after 7am, show countdown from NOW to 7pm election end.. after 7pm show countdown to next election
[x] on all pages of the site, below the main menu, there should be countdown timer for elections
[x] make this visible to only AUTH users, until all feedback on it is collected and worked on
[x] the timer should the time left to next phase of elections on non-election days, with an example text on top like = Countdown to the Phase 3 of elections
[x] on the election days it should show text = Phase 3 of elections today.
[x] after the last phase of elections it should not show anything

@sumeetpareek Lokasabha countdown is now visible for authenticated users on all pages of live site except home page

@tkuldeep Where is this part implemented? on the election days it should show text = Phase 3 of elections today.

@sumeetpareek I have created a block named Lok sabha Election Countdown, there I have written js for it. You can see block http://aamaadmiparty.org/admin/structure/block

@sumeetpareek I assumed time of election from 7 A.M. to 6 P.M. But in actually time is accordance with states.
