RTF File export doesn't support Polish characters #21

JageriuS on Steam : "For some reason, when saving in .rtf the Polish letters get replaced by some random signs - do You think it's fixable?"

Fixed in https://github.com/AamuLumi/Rimworld-Diary/commit/c25e4f5652d6c24e5200fd9467d7df4e0863f3b9 (available in 1.1.7).
