Mossy Cobblestone Not Replaced in Villages #168

Minecraft v1.14.4 Forge v28.1.10 UBC v1.0-47

Currently, Mossy Cobblestone and Cobblestone Stairs are not replaced by the UBC variants, which can lead to weird contrasts if a Village is made out or blue schist cobblestone. Could this be changed?

Well first I gotta implement some blocks such as mossy cobblestone that are still missing... Though yeah I should've done stairs.

Ah, I hadn't realized that mossy cobble wasn't implemented yet.
