Minecraft 1.12 UB 1.3.8

Tried with no mods installed other than UB, JEI, and CrT.

Slabs are reporting invalid drops and pick blocks, for the most part. Should be fixed in next update.

Inverted stairs were also reporting invalid pick blocks. Should be fixed in next update.
