[1.12.2] Stone variant replacement not working properly, skips chunks ? #238

MC 1.12.2 Forge 14.23.5.2854 UndergroundBiomesConstructs-1.12-1.3.8

Stone variant replacement does not fully work,. Not all blocks are replaced properly by UBC variants. Seems to skip chunks. Most noticable in villages, where not all cobblestone blocks of a building get replaced, leaving behind some UBC variants and vanilla cobblestone. Also happening with ore variants. Can't reproduce, we'll need exact steps to investigate further.
