Add syncplay support #16

It'd be great to have syncplay support. I think it's a killer feature of jellyfin and it'd be shame to forget about it.

Damn, really sorry this has gone unanswered so long. And also sorry for the reply: it's a feature I don't use at all and I'm very unlikely to implement it. I'm also pretty sure (though I haven't double checked) it requires websockets, which is something curl can't do and would require a new networking dependency, something else I'm also very reticent to add.

libCurl 7.86 (Oct 2022) added support for WebSockets. SyncPlay support is extremely low priority, but it's now within the realm of reason so I'm reopening the ticket : )
