Add group friendship command #124

Can use the "User Friends" endpoint which only shows the most recent 25 friends but that will filter the list of people who have registered that they want to be friended. Shotgun out some number of friend requests.

Currently no reason to finish this enhancement - using a discord role and channel to manage friendship flagging. friendme flag and its appearance in the profile is coded but commented out.
