Add :toast: to react for toast #171

The emoji for toasting isn't the :toast: one, might as well support both.

Need to make this configurable by server (even though it's only allowed one server right now). Easiest is to make it only one. No reason it can't be a list of emoji and bot checks if the react is in the list.
