A mega PR containing all the changes needed to get the project compiling on the latest stable and passing all existing tests.
All modules have been brought mostly up to date. Some of the yaml and i18n dependencies need major reworking and updates and there are still some fixes needed in aardwolf-actix.
In the interested of not dragging out this mega-PR any longer, and enable better parallelization of the remaining work, I'm putting this up for review so it can be merged, even though it is not a runnable or compilable state.
