feat: overlay plots with a barplot with counts #392

E.g. for a figure like this:

It would be nice to have an overlayed bar-plot with the counts in each bin. This helps us gauge how bad it is that performance is worse at the two highlighted points.

Goes for all our plots of "performance by X".
