create_performance_by_time_from_event_df: output_df in long format instead of wide #440

output_df is in long format (column called "label 1" including metric and n_in_bin) instead of wide (two columns called metric and n_in_bin), so it breaks when we try to plot using the metric column.

Remove this if it's not needed.
