feat: add pred time uuids to eval dataset #475

pred_time_uuid is required if you want to merge predictor values from your flattened dataset onto your eval dataset.

Super useful when you want to make evaluations in the future (like I currently am ;-))

Resulted in a bit of cleanup as well.
