Description of the new feature / enhancement

Plugs on the wall of the rover instead of wires feeding through.

Scenario when this would be used?

It would help with the following issues:

Reducing cold bridges to the outside.
Fewer sources of error when assembling
Less stress on cables.

I assume this primarily refers to the motor cables. This was discussed during initial development, but due to snow/water, sealing, feedthrough cables were used in the initial design.

I agree for both assembly and cable stress, having surface connectors is ideal.
