Steps to reproduce

When doing Uncertainty measurements, automatic Non Uniformity Correction (NUC) interferes with measurements, resulting in large jumps in temperature correction, mid-experiment.

Possible Solution 1 Adding a function to disable automatic NUC.

Possible Solution 2 Manually run NUC before experiment start. Still makes it difficult to compare between experiments.

NUC impact is added to the uncertainty calculations of the system.
