Provide a description of requested docs changes

Conducting a re-calibration of the fixpoint thermistor is required to determine long-term drift.

Currently being recalibrated 28/11/2023.

Initial readings show an approximate 400 mK drift.

Notes During system upgrades and modifications, the reference thermistor (originally known as thermistor 4) was moved from position 4 to position 1. This can have impact on the final temperature reading due to implications as described in #56.
