make seat bills combinable

1. Need to make a new controller, as the button will move to a new screen.
2. On the new screen display a table with seats same as table view
3. The first seat that the server selects will turn red and the second seat will turn blue
4. The bill from the blue seat will then be sent to the red seat
5. return to table view
