Reason for disagreement: In my CS2103T team of 5, we have consistently reproduced this across all 3 of the major OSes.

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: Since this issue occurs consistently for all 5 of us in the team, it is not correct to say that this "appears in very rare situations". The developers might not intend for the text to be there at all. However, users do not know this and when they use the product, will think that some important bits of text are being hidden from them.

Thus, this is not purely just a cosmetic issue and I stand by the original label of severity.Medium.
