Date for calendar command can be unrealistically small #3

eg. calendar Jun-0000 should not be a valid command.

Such a date seems to be way too long ago to be useable.

Team's Response

LocalDate class in Java is used, this is intended behavior going with the use of the class. We do not specify in the UG or DG that tasks tracked can only be after a certain date
