German translation (>95% complete)

Hey -thanks so much for this. I've already incorporated it. I can tell I am going to have to consider some issues where auto-size to content is not happening.

If you have an interest in translating the help files also, the easiest way might be to create a German language version of the Wiki. I can just pull and convert those into the only help files. All the help files from now on will be based on the Wiki, partially for that reason

Hey, sure, would be happy to improve the current German language file and also translate the wiki. Which file(s) need to be translated for the wiki?

Thanks for merging the translation. Could you please just change the language menu entry to "Deutsch" instead of "Deutsche"?

Done. I also fixed some formatting stuff so the menus don't overflow.

For the Wiki, the easiest thing should be to clone the whole repo into your own private repo, and then just create your own version of the 'User Help' parts in German. I can pull your wiki when you are done, and I have a script that converts the wiki markdown into html.
