Monitoring with Netdata

• [x] configure netdata to send alerts to slack
• [x] configure 4 alerts for RAM usage, Disk Space available, average system load, network traffic since last reboot
  • look in slack for toby's message on how to disable preconfigured alerts
  • create 4 alerts that monitor these things

The first two tasks may not need to be worried about at all, due to pre-installations and configurations.

Alerts are working- they are sent in slack and email. Lowkey only tested disk space utilization alerts
