Add in more national-origin groups for ACS analysis #2

The 1980-2018 comparison only uses five Asian and three Latino national-origin groups. This is necessary for comparability. However, I would also like to see if the big finding regarding much higher Asian pan-ethnicity holds when we include more groups.

The categories are the same for Asian groups, but for Latinos, it would add the following groups:

Dominican
Guatemalan
Salvadorian
Colombian

I am curious if more Asian groups could be added but I am skeptical that I could do anything with it.
