How sensitive are the results to different specifications of the marriage market. I currently use metro area+state but what if I just used state?

I have run the new models by state in a separate branch and added the results to the appendix as well as a figure that makes a comparison. The commit a546b72bf70ae50b66b81c40f3e3056f647a3990 should make final changes to the text describing this analysis.
