When used as a segue editor, current behavior is when 'slide editing' the third (lower) waveform, it can not be moved back before the start of the 2nd (centre) waveform. There are occasions where you want the 3rd event to start before the 2nd. Ideally this should be allowed (which is NexGen behaviour)
