Add a Ship Computer #9

It has been mentioned in https://www.skylords.com/ticket/277 that the idea of a Board Computer would be a good idea.

Something like this could be added in easily but have the data stored against the browser session.

Perhaps some extra thinking around this, should this be a new top level menu link, kinda like News, but listing all the information the user has found? or as a popup that appears on every page of the site.

I think there should be be a way for users to manually add information to this log as well

Woahh - I have forgotten more about this game than I can remember. There IS a Board Computer https://www.skylords.com/news/board

Although it seems very lacking
