Fix args in include inside chapter9 launch #18

Note that I've also uncrustify the tabs, spaces, indentation and empty lines.

Since I could reproduce the problem and this solved it for me, I'd merge by EOD anyway. In that case, just let me know if you still have problems with the -devel branches.

I'll cherry-pick these changes on all the devel branches.
