There is one other issue that's been marked as accepted that covers a similar 
nature, but I tweaked the default installation of publishSrcHilite adding in 
SyntaxHighlighter (You need a javascript and css folder with respective files 
required).

For anyone interested in this solution, I've attached the file and you can find 
the other necessary files here on GitHub: https://github.com/ArkahnX/Codeview

I believe it would be appreciated if syntax formatting of this degree was 
implemented in jsdoc-toolkit by default, though regardless I wanted to make 
sure this was made available for anyone looking for a quick fix.
