Add a warning for when the pouch is going to degrade (since its random 10-12, just use 9). So you can restore your pouch in time instead of counting to 9.
To do this maybe have an infobox that shows the remaining times you can fill the pouch till it degrades. (Box showing pouch with a number going down from 9 to 1 and maybe add colors 9=white, from 3=orange 1=red) Or maybe on the pouch itself (like this: http://prntscr.com/vbuvep) and as an extra it would be cool to have a notification for when you have to repair it.
