Disable shift-click emptying a rune pouch while in bank interface #3

Title. Makes you waste a charge of the pouch (especially bad if you do it on the giant pouch) and frankly, there's really no reason to empty a pouch almost ever.

This is a known bug that is the result of clicking a Rune Pouch to "Fill" and immediately clicking it again. In the code, "Empty" is explicitly not swapped but because of the way RuneLite works, we don't actually swap the options, we swap the index of entries. Therefore, by clicking it twice consecutively, it swaps the index holding the extra "option" (option 9) which on the second occurrence, will be "Empty" unintentionally. I haven't found a way to prevent this.

i want to do a request. I'm running mud runes and using digite pendat can u ad this? and u got a prevent fire runes option is earth runes also posible?
