Fixed Bugs, Increased Efficiency, and Better output #8

I fixed the three bugs that were tracked but then I found a couple more. I'm not gonna track these because they were minor, but some were just content output issues and unexpected behavior. I also updated some of the argument parsing, error switch turn on / off, default information, and efficiency.
