asterisk.m4 : version detection without executing binary #102

Hello,
This patch uses version.h file from includes, instead of asterisk binary. This 
method is usefull for those who do not compile the entire asterisk tree in 
order to build module's asterisk versions.

Also i notice that SVN checkouts are named with "SVN-branch-" estead of "SVN-"
