Hitting any collider that allows for climbing with the knife at the right angle/speed and immediately activating climb lets you climb infinitely with the dagger until you drop it, even if you release/reset climbing. Can't do it reliably but its happened 3 times so far, twice on a goard and once on a water feature in the sit down scene
